Andrea Marilyn Pragashini Immanuel is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council in India. Currently, she is practicing in civil and criminal litigation. She is also an online intern with the Global Rights Compliance (GRC). She holds a Bachelors in Law from India and finished her L.L.M in Public International Law specializing in conflict studies from the Utrecht University, the Netherlands. Previously, she worked as a Research Associate with the Public International Law and Policy Group (PILPG) and was an extern at the Head Office of the Association of Defence Counsel - International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. She is passionate about International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law and International Dispute Settlement. She has been an Executive Editor of the Utrecht Journal since April 2015.
